Job Requirement
Job Description:
– Manage documentation such as delivery slips, invoices, packing lists, and customs forms
2. Warehousing operation
– Arrange operator for unload cargos to warehouse
– Check packing list with physical good received in good condition and inspection.
– Report on damage or discrepancies while receiving cargo
– Keep clean & safe working environment and optimize space utilization
– Follow quality service standards & comply with procedures and rules
– Estimate delivery time (required by site/promised by customer)
– Do inspection quantity/specification of picking cargos
– Load cargos to truck for delivery to customers
– Daily work planning and performance management
– Filing and management of internal forms related to daily warehouse operations
– Maintenance of material handling equipment (racks, forklifts, hand forks, etc.)
– Follow working schedule as per management assign.
– Other tasks assigned by management.
3. Shipment Coordination
– Liaise with warehouse staff, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate shipment handling
– Communicate with CC team to get invoices, packing list, delivery notes, from suppliers and update to systems
– Schedule and track incoming and outgoing shipments
– Prepare shipping instructions and coordinate with transport companies
4. Inventory Support
– Assist in stock monitoring and discrepancy investigations
– Generate inventory reports and support physical inventory checks as needed
5.Communication & Reporting
– Handle email and phone communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams in both English and Local language
– Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to supervisors or managers
6. Administrative Support
– Support general office operations within the warehouse (ordering supplies, organizing files, etc.)
– Handle the procedures for customs import and export formality clearance.
– Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and basic safety procedures
– Prepare and update procedural documentation related to warehouse admin tasks
7. Serve as a liaison between warehouse operations and the corporate office
8. Support smooth and efficient logistics and administrative workflows
9.Contribute to the accuracy and transparency of inventory data
10. Provide administrative stability and allow warehouse staff to focus on operations
Required Skills:
– Business level of Khmer and English (capable of handling email communication, documentation, and coordination)
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
– Have a good attitude towards work, be able to tackle difficult tasks with sincerity.
– Be patient, self-motivated and team building capabilities.
– Hard working and be able to work with shift schedule (including weekend and public holiday).
Priority:
– Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF formulas, PivotTables)
– Experience handling business communication via phone or email in English
– Knowledge of import/export or supply chain processes
