Job Description
• Data Entry & Record Management
– Input and maintain accurate inventory, shipment, and receiving data in internal systems
– Manage documentation such as delivery slips, invoices, packing lists, and customs forms
• Shipment Coordination
– Liaise with warehouse staff, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate shipment handling
– Schedule and track incoming and outgoing shipments
– Prepare shipping instructions and coordinate with transport companies
• Inventory Support
– Assist in stock monitoring and discrepancy investigations
– Generate inventory reports and support physical inventory checks as needed
• Communication & Reporting
– Handle email and phone communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams in both English and Local language
– Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to supervisors or managers
• Administrative Support
– Support general office operations within the warehouse (ordering supplies, organizing files, etc.)
– Handle the procedures for customs import and export formality clearance.
– Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and basic safety procedures
– Prepare and update procedural documentation related to warehouse admin tasks
• Serve as a liaison between warehouse operations and the corporate office
• Support smooth and efficient logistics and administrative workflows
• Contribute to the accuracy and transparency of inventory data
• Provide administrative stability and allow warehouse staff to focus on operations.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree or above qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in any industry
• Business level of Khmer and English (capable of handling email communication, documentation, and coordination)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
• Have a good attitude towards work, be able to tackle difficult tasks with sincerity.
• Be patient, self-motivated and team building capabilities.
• Hard working and be able to work with shift schedule (including weekend and public holiday).
Priority
Preferred Qualifications (is a Plus)
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or administrative roles
• Familiarity with inventory control systems or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
• Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF formulas, PivotTables)
• Experience handling business communication via phone or email in English
• Knowledge of import/export or supply chain processes.
