Job Description
– To perform regular inventory controls, by consistently conducting full physical counts every 10 days: storage rooms, sites, production units.
– To perform accurate Stock Management, preparing goods receiving schedule for suppliers, First Expiry, First Out (FEFO).
– Instructing our production teams on when to submit requisition forms, implement and adjust storages rooms opening hours for issuing goods to the production teams.
– To maintain the storerooms secured and always locked.
– All goods are to be kept in good condition and well organized / stored, as per our QHSE standards.
– To personally issue goods requested by production teams, as per quantities instructed by Production Manager.
– To prepare PO based on Production manager instructions, stock-in (suppliers deliveries) & stock-out (issuing goods to our team), control physical inventories vs. theoretical inventory.
– Good Experience using Stock Management Systems on computer (winrest). Capacity to learn fast with our system, WINREST.
– To input and records all received items from suppliers (deliveries) and all issued items to the production teams on our system daily.
– To control and to secure accurately all stock movements.
– Checking regularly physical inventories vs. theoretical inventories on all storage areas.
– Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing and production departments to ensure adequate inventory levels.
– Report any possible upcoming shortages and near expired products to Procurement Manager
– To work hand in hand with Area Manager, assisting on any task required by each sites Manager, such as, additional system inputs, weekly & daily production quantity schedule, production schedule updates, recipes updates, validate purchase orders if instructed by HOD.
– To assist the HOD on performing all administrative mandatory tasks scheduled, and on demand.
– To secure suppliers deliveries and check condition of all goods received from them, as per quantities ordered, quality of the goods ordered, transportation conditions, and QHSE standards.
– To regularly inspect storage areas, and guarantee goods, storage equipment, and storage rooms are kept in good condition, clean, safe, and secured.
– To maintain the condition of warehouse, and storage rooms: cleaning, organization, labelling, safety.
– To suggest storage practices & management improvements, if necessary, to improve efficiency.
– Capacity to suggest, plan and implement new storage organization and layout.
– To ensure safe practices are maintained and improved, working with suppliers delivering goods, and our production supervisors requesting goods.
– To encourages teamwork within the workforce, to ensure set productivity targets are met
– To maintain safe work environment through adherence of and training employees on storages best practices.
– To guarantee integrity and accuracy of all reports and inputs.
– Should be able to define the ROP (Reordering point) on the various items of the stock
– Should be able to analyze the consumption and anticipate the orders to the supplier
Job Description
– 5 years experience as storekeeper, store supervisor or store manager (food related industry)
– Pro-active and problem-solving skills.
– Cambodia Nationality with speaking fluently Khmer language and others language as advantage.
– Good communications skills in general, with good English Level (written and spoken) 5. Proven strong administration skills on computer and on paper.
– Well organized and attention to details
– Good knowledge of Microsoft pack office, particularly excel and emails on outlook, and system.
– Able to work extra hours and on public holidays, if required and as per business needs.
