Job summary
The Warehouse Controller is responsible for managing and controlling finished goods inventory, ensuring accurate stock management, timely delivery, and smooth warehouse operations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control finished goods inventory
- Prepare and deliver customer orders on time
- Monitor stock levels and conduct cycle counts
- Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams
- Supervise packing, loading, and dispatching activities
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and FIFO practices
- Maintain delivery documents (DO, invoices, etc.)
- Handle inventory discrepancies and delivery issues
- Supervise warehouse workers
- Prepare stock records for audit purposes
✅ Job Requirements
- Male only
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse / finished goods operations
- Able to use PC independently (especially Excel)
- Able to work long-term at PPSEZ
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
⭐ Priority / Advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Experience in manufacturing industry
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Knowledge of gel production process
- Able to communicate in Japanese and English
