Job Description
• Review the received documents to ensure that all information is interconnected.
• Prepare visa applications and ensure that all documents are accurate and comply with immigration laws before submitting them to management and subsequently to the Immigration Adviser.
• Be proactive and creative to ensure that all documents are well prepared.
• Create, modify, and edit documents as needed.
• Assist in interviews, physical or online meetings.
• Input application data into systems for tracking and processing.
• Translate documents verbally or in writing.
• Stay up to date on the latest visa requirements and procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the management team.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor’s degree in Administrative, Business Admin, Management, etc.
-At least 3 years of experience in HR, Administration, or Accounting
-Good command of English (speaking and understanding)
-Vietnamese and Chinese language skills are an advantage.
