Job Description
– Answer all visa related enquiries, providing advice to clients on visa requirements and procedures.
– Document verification and collection of applications for visa processing.
– Manage Visa knowledge database and be contact point for clients and internal team on Visa related questions
– Ensure Visa delivery from to client with a secure and safe process
– Maintaining and updating current visa database
– When required, assist to submit visa to Embassy nearby office
– Acquire latest information about new policies and requirements for visa applications
– Follow up with the embassies the progress and results of visa applications
– Make monthly reports to the supervisor
– Build and maintain good relationships with colleagues and customers
– Any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirement
– Good – Advanced level English proficiency
– Upper diploma or Bachelors degree
– 2 years or more working experiences
– Proficient computer skills including MS Office applications and email.
Priority
– Experience in services industry
– Experience in processing visa applications.
