Position Summary:
The Trucking Officer is responsible for coordinating and monitoring cross-border transportation and delivery operations. The officer ensures that shipments, vehicles, and drivers comply with customs, immigration, transportation, and company regulations while maintaining timely and secure delivery of goods across international borders.

Job Requirements
Job Description:
• Coordinate cross-border delivery schedules and transportation activities.
• Communicate with cross department and clients.
• Monitor shipment status and update customers or management regularly.
• Resolve transportation or clearance issues at border checkpoints.
• Maintain records of delivery operations, border crossing logs, and transportation documents.
• Ensure cargo safety, security, and compliance with legal requirements.
• Support drivers during border crossing procedures and emergency situations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners for efficient delivery.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Management, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, customs clearance, or cross-border operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and international transportation procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve operational problems quickly.
• Computer skill (Microsoft Office, logistics systems, email communication).
• English communication skills preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when necessary.
• Be friendly, honest and hardworking.
• Can work at Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and international transportation procedures.
