Job Description
– Interpretation between Japanese and Khmer when VIPs and top management of the company visiting their company
– Interpreting at meetings between Cambodian government officials and other management team (occur several times a month ~ once every few months at least)
– Collaborate with management team to craft the company’s vision and mission
– Develop strategic HR plans and policies (recruitment, training, compensation etc.)
– Decide and act on initiatives for equal opportunity, diversity etc.
– Assume responsibility of labor and employee relations
– Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices
– Analyze the effectiveness of HR / Admin operations and policies
– Other duties as assigned by the superior
Job Requirement
– Able to speak and write Japanese N1 or at least Advanced level
– Able to work in PPSEZ
– Able to speak and read English at least Good level as well
– Can go to Japan for several months to 1 year to train and understand their company’s situation
– Have high responsibility and detail-oriented personality
– Good at communication with elderly management level people
– Working experience in Japanese company more than 3 years and not a job hopper
Priority
– Have N1 certificate
– Working experience in a Japanese factory in a similar role
– Working in JP translating/GA field more than 5 years.
