Job Description
<Position Summary>
This position is responsible to plan and implement training programs to enable better internal training and staff development, and evaluate and report on the results together with the manager.
– Develop HR development strategies
– Manage, Research and Analyze skill requirements
– Conduct market research on outsourcing services and report to Manager
– Design and improve the current and future training plans
– Planning, planning, and formulation of orientation and other training programs to ensure that the internal culture permeates the company
– Planning content and measuring effectiveness of training conducted for each position (manager, supervisor, etc.)
– Management of HR development plans (including trainee arrangements, scheduling, follow-up, and evaluation of training and trainers)
– Follow up on each training session and plan subsequent development support activities
– Planning and managing 1-on-1 internal appeals
– Administering HR development as needed
Job Requirement
– Advanced level of English for daily communication
– 2 to 3 years of experience in training or HR develop management.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees and external parties at various levels
– Able to work independently and has good time management skills
– Very good communication skill that attract staff and customers
– High discipline in following company procedures and policies
– Advanced skill of using MS Office.
Priority
– Have worked under a foreigner boss
– Experience in foreign based retail shops such as Aeon group, Makro, Global house, Super Duper, etc.
– Experience in an international company
– Not a job hopper. At least 3 years of consistent work length in previous companies is preferred
