JOB DESCRIPTION
– Welcome and provide details for customer service in a friendly manner
– Arrange for ticket issuance and customer service
– Properly manage costs and verify demo invoices
– Retention and build good relationships with customers
– Solve all problems and customer’s requirements
– Participate in the promotion of various promotional programs to customers
– Prepare daily sales and cost reports to superiors and related departments
– Participate in constructive surveys of customers and competitors in the market
– Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
JOB REQUIREMENT
– BBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management or a related field
– Essential 3 years of experience in the Ticketing sector
– Good command of communication in both Khmer and English or Chinese is plus
– Leadership, sales planning, training skills, and motivation of team members
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel, Outlook, and Sabre systems
– Proven ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously,
– Demonstration of a high level of integrity and professionalism.
