– Chat and call potential or existing customers for advice and care about a customer’s needed product
– Confirm orders and do customer service if customer needed
– Update customer information in our process’s system
– Control recruitment budget and recruitment source’s effectiveness
– Follow up customer’s order until delivered
– Meet KPI to get a bonus.
