Job Description
– Technical support. Responsible for timely response to customers’ technical issues, coordination of internal and external resources, and continuous follow-up and resolution.
– Product solution promotion. Prepare corresponding solutions according to customer types and industries, and promote pre-sales solutions。
– Product training. Responsible for implementing product training and certification for customer technicians to improve customer technical level
– Project support. Responsible for analyzing customer project requirements and completing project plan construction.
Job Requirements
– At least 1 year of pre-sales experience in CCTV industrial and related industry projects, familiar with products, project management processes, etc.;
– Self-driven, with a certain sales and customer mindset, strong learning ability, communication, organization, coordination, analysis, and judgment skills; good at PPT production and presentation. It would be a plus if you can use CAD tools;
– The ability to speak, listen, and write Chinese, Cambodian or English is a plus.
