POSITION SUMMARY
Supervisor, Sales Machinery plays a key role in driving company revenue by building strong relationships between customers, products, and the company. The ideal candidate is a motivated salesperson who is ready to overcome challenges and achieve sales targets and company goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Capture opportunities and take responsibility to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and protect the brand equity of the company and its products.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Update customer profiles, monitor market changes and competitor activities, and report to the manager.
- Participate actively throughout the sales process to secure deals.
- Review personal sales performance to meet or exceed targets.
- Improve product knowledge and sales skills continuously.
- Cooperate with related departments to achieve company objectives.
- Submit daily activity reports to the manager.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Technical Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, B2B, or relationship sales.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Strong strategic and logical thinking skills.
- Good computer and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel to provinces and driving skills.
- Ability to use Google Workspace (G-Suite).
