Job Description

Commercial Finance & Reporting
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, and operating profit across tour products, destinations, and client segments.
• Support pricing decisions for all service types.
• Prepare monthly commercial reports (revenue by channel, yield per product, customer profitability).
• Track and report on key performance indicators (e.g., average revenue per pax, cost per booking).
• Track any sale promotions and marketing campaign
Budgeting & Forecasting
• Assist in annual budget preparation for revenue and direct cost.
• Work with Sales and Operations teams to forecast sales pipeline and tour materialization rates.
• Monitor performance vs. budget and prepare variance analysis.
Pricing & Cost Analysis
• Validate tour costing sheets and ensure alignment with pricing strategy.
• Analyze supplier costs and recommend negotiation opportunities to optimize margins.
• Evaluate cost competitiveness across similar packages in the market.
Business Partnering
• Act as finance liaison to Sales, Services, Marketing, Customer Experience and Business Development
Departments.
• Review commercial contracts with corporate clients and agencies for margin viability.
• Support strategic initiatives such as tier pricing, channel incentives, and volume rebates.
Compliance & Controls
• Ensure accurate cost capture and alignment of revenue recognition with accounting standards.
• Support finance audits with documentation on pricing, margin, and client agreements.
• Maintain pricing approval matrix and discount policy enforcement.

Job Requirement

– Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, preferably Business Statistics or Information Management.
– The equivalent of the same in practical experience is also acceptable.
– At least 3 years of working experience in financial analysis and planning or related analytical field.
– The candidate will also be better suited with experience in Travel industry.
– Possess good computer skill, being proficient in Advance Ms Excel, Ms Outlook, and – – PowerPoint, which will all
be necessary for the effective performance of the creation of reports, proposals and recommendations.
– Strategic thinking, effective in handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines, be results and detail oriented, be self-starter, be proactive, going beyond the call of duty, be a person of high integrity, be comfortable working in a highly collaborative setting, has an ability to learn and adapt quickly, has exceptionally good problem-solving skills, be an outspoken and comfortable in dealing with partners.
– Exceptionally good leadership in both people and strategic skill, portraying an ability to influence a cross functional teams and senior leadership teams as well as stakeholders in a unified direction and with common vision.
