JOB DESCRIPTION
– Lead and update the recruitment process of potential technical intern trainees
– Manage and organize the team to guide new students information and report to the Director
– Develop new ideas and methods of Marketing such as Facebook and Telegram contents for school promotion
– Translate documents between English/Japanese and Khmer as needed
– Lead coordinating and arranging career events on the technical internship system in local areas
– Give guidance to handle interviews with potential students and the contract of enrollment
– Other tasks assigned by the Directors.
JOB REQUIREMENT
– Advanced level of Japanese (higher than N2 level) which is enough to smoothly communicate with Directors directly
– Able to type Japanese on PC and read JP writing including Kanji
– Experience using Excel sheet and other PC app at work
– Has worked in a Japanese school or Technical intern sending organization
– Working experience as a similar role (sales or marketing position)
– Good at communication, like to talk to people and are not shy
– Wiling to learn and research new knowledge by oneself proactively
– Able to adapt Japanese working style.
PRIORITY
– Working experience as a sales or marketing position in sending agencies
– N1 level of Japanese.
