POSITION SUMMARY
Position: Student Recruiter (English Speaker)
Location: Phnom Penh
Industry: Sending Organization
Salary Range: $300 + Commission (up to $1,000 depending on performance)
Recruit and support Cambodian students who wish to go to Japan as Technical Intern Trainees or Specified Skilled Workers. Promote programs via social media, events, school visits, and advertisements, guiding students and families through the application process.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit Cambodian students for Technical Intern Trainee or Specified Skilled Worker programs in Japan.
- Manage and organize student information using Google Spreadsheets and report to the Director.
- Create marketing materials, including Facebook posts, TikTok videos, and Telegram content for school promotion.
- Respond to student inquiries via Facebook and Telegram.
- Follow up with students to attend interviews.
- Assist students in preparing CVs for applications to Japan.
- Translate documents between English and Khmer.
- Provide online support for technical interns currently working in Japan.
- Perform small administrative tasks, such as office purchasing.
- Complete other tasks assigned by Directors and Japanese Managers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Conversational English proficiency.
- Skilled in using social media and digital tools for recruitment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic PC skills.
- Strong communication skills.
PRIORITY / PREFERRED
- Experience as a student recruiter at a sending organization.
- Experience working in a Japanese language school.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.

- English: Good
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working Days: Monday – Friday
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break)
