Job Description
This store mainly sells organic vegetables, and this position is mainly responsible for overall store management including purchasing, staff training, and customer service.
– Manage the shop daily operation cooperating and maximize its generating profit.
– Visual merchandising. Set up the shop displays in attractive ways to gets more shoppers attention.
– Monitor daily staff operation and make sure the quality is sufficient to satisfy customers
– Report the information to the Japanese Director
– Product quality check before putting them in the shop front.
– Stock control and asset management and production management with production department
– Purchasing request to purchasing department
– Manage the deposit and payment of the store.
Job Requirement
– Advanced command of English for business communication
– Able to work independently
– Experience in retail business at least for 2~3 years
– Experience in store management or management assistant
– Very good communication skill that attract staff and customers
– High discipline in following company procedures and policies
Priority
– Work experience in an Japanese company
– Experience in handling over 300 various items in a shop
– Work experience in a major supermarket
– Able to speak Japanese is a plus
