Job Description
– Manage Admin Chief / Sales Chief ‘s performance.
– Manage the shop daily operation cooperating with the sales chief and maximize its generating profit. You are responsible to the shop monthly sales directly.
– Plan and execute promotions.
– Visual merchandising. Set up the shop displays in attractive ways to gets more shoppers attention. You are required to control the sales chief and other shop staff for this work.
– Share the new products info and its sales instruction with the sales staff
– Monitor daily staff operation and make sure the quality is sufficient to satisfy customers
– Report the daily/weekly/monthly sales information to the Japanese Director.
– Product quality check before putting them in the shop front.
– Stock control and asset management
– Recruiting activities
– Accounting report to the accounting manager
– Purchasing request to purchasing department
Job Requirement
– Advanced command of English for business communication
– Able to work independently
– Experience in retail business(meaning supermarket, retail store or related field) at least for 3 years
– Experience in store management
– Very good communication skill that attract staff and customers
– High discipline in following company procedures and policies
– Interested in store’s item categories and willing to learn more about them.
Priority
– Have worked under a foreigner boss
– Experience in handling over 1,000 various items in a shop
– Work experience in an international company, especially Japanese company
– Work experience at the big retail companies.
