Job Description
1. Store Operation & Sta Management:
– Oversee daily store activities and sta scheduling to ensure a smooth operation.
– Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment.
– Supervise sta to ensure a positive work environment, professionalism, and efficiency.
– Monitor and record employee working hours to prepare the monthly payroll.
2. Inventory Management:
– Monitor stock levels to ensure timely reordering of ingredients and supplies.
– Purchase ingredients and supplies from approved vendors, negotiating pricing when necessary.
3. Basic Accounting & Report:
– Track daily sales and expenses.
– Handle cash and store-related expenses securely and responsibly.
– Prepare essential reports as needed.
4. Customer Service:
– Ensure a high-quality customer experience with excellent service by handling customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
– Train staff on customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
– Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
5. Additional Duties:
– Complete any tasks assigned by the store owner to support business needs.
– Be adaptable to new responsibilities as the business expands.
Job Requirements
– Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a management or supervisory role, preferably in F&B, bakery, or retail.
– Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving and customer service.
– Computer: Experience with Excel.
– Language: Able to write and speak English.
– Personality: Honest, reliable, responsible, positive attitude, detail-oriented, flexible, enthusiastic to learn new things, and able to work under pressure.
