Job Description
– Manage Japanese restaurants
– Work as a Kitchen staff and Service staff
– Food management, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy
– Cooking quality control
– Customer service
– Cash register operations
– Inventory control (Japanese staff will be responsible for ordering from suppliers for the time being)
– Shift scheduling
– Training of new staff in all of the above tasks
– Assisting Japanese staff.
Job Requirement
– Holders JLPT more than N2. (Able to speak Japanese Advanced level including reading writing)
– Be able to work shifts
– Be able to join a training program in Thailand after being hired. (Scheduled for August, about 2 weeks or 1 month)
– Be able to work according to company rules. (Especially cooking methods, etc.)
– Interested in Japanese food and Japanese restaurants.
Priority
– Experience living in Japan (study abroad, work, etc. but experience working in a restaurant as a part-time would be best)
– Experience working in a restaurant (especially cooking staff. Japanese, Korean, Italian, French, etc.)
– Able to speak English Good to Advanced level.
