Job Description
– Manage Japanese noodle restaurants
– Work as a Service staff and Kitchen staff
– Check the daily operation of service staffs to provide satisfying serving, greeting, cleaning, and other hospitality care for customers
– Check the quality of kitchen work, taste check, decoration check, cleanliness of kitchen, etc.
– Summarize the operation status of each section of the restaurant and report it to General Manager, the report shall be in English
– Follow the direction from headquarter and General Manager and convey it to the staffs
– Staff recruiting, training, and evaluation
– Promotion and advertising activity of each shop to get more customers
– Other tasks assigned by General Manger.
Job Requirement
– Have experience studying or working in Japan
– Able to speak Japanese(JLPT: N3~)
– Able to act flexibly depends on situation
– Able to work as a Service staff and Kitchen staff
– Willing to start up new business
– Experience of restaurant industry
– Able to think and act for oneself
– Can use Ms. Word & Excel, Power point well
– Good Calculation
– Very strong commitment.
Priority
– English: Basic (daily conversation is fine)
– Experience working in a Japanese restaurant
– Management experience, in restaurant industry is the best.
