STORE Captain (1pax)
Job Description
– Monitors food & beverage services and quality on a regular basis to maintain key quality
standards
– Utilize leadership skills and motivation to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction
– Selects and develops strategies to improve guest service, productivity and efficiency
– Understand and able to manage the operation procedure including the front line service and
able to assist the F&B Manager
– Selects and develops strategies to improve guest service, productivity and efficiency.
Job Requirement
– F&B management experience in Fast food/hospitality/restaurant or bakery at least 1 years
– A little command of spoken and written in English
– Excellent computer skills and proficient in Ms. Office, outlook and Internet Email, POS system
– Experience of leading and motivating a team
– Able to work under pressure and long hours when required.
– Requires working in flexible shifts.
Benefit
– Salary: (200$-250$) Negotiable
– Working hour: (7:00AM – 16:00PM) or (12:30PM – 21:30PM)
– Food Allowance: 20$
– Annual leave and medical leave and Forte Insurance 24h/24h
