Position Summary
The Assistant Admin Officer supports the Manager in daily real estate operations and office work. Responsibilities include coordinating with staff, tenants, and property owners, handling customer inquiries, and preparing basic reports and documents. English is required to communicate with the Japanese CEO and prepare simple documents. This role is suitable for someone organized, responsible, and able to work in a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Manager in daily operations and administration
- Coordinate with staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Handle customer and tenant inquiries professionally
- Prepare basic reports and documents
- Assist with scheduling and office coordination
- Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and buyers
- Communicate with management, vendors, and clients
- Support marketing activities (property listings, client follow-up)
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Able to speak English at a good level
- Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- Good communication skills
Priority
- Able to speak Japanese at least at N3/N4 level
- Working experience in a real estate company
- Fresh graduates are welcome
Language Requirements
Good English
Working Conditions
- Working Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break)
- Working Days: Monday – Friday
