Job Description
– Plan, development, and operation of our service (including new products)
– Development of back end and front end
– Maintenance and improvement of development flow and process
– Create an organization of engineer (recruitment, training and building a culture)
– Other tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirement
– Experience in management of engineers and teams
– BS, MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science or other related technical fields.
– More than 3 years experience in software development(Design, Development, Test, Release, Operation)
*Using python is preferred but any language is fine.
– Advanced to Business level in English
– Good communicator
– People who can discover problems for yourself and propose and perform about them
– People who can have fun and challenge in environment of startup.
Priority
– Experience in business start-up
– Experience in development and operation of Web applications in Python or other languages.
– Understand work of business domain, create specifications, and experience in dropping it into function
– Experience in Agile development such as Scrum
– Contribution to open source and technical communities
– Experience in building and operating services using AWS
– Experience in building and operating CI, configuration management, etc.
