POSITION SUMMARY
The Site Management (Interior) role is responsible for supervising and coordinating interior construction projects. This includes monitoring progress, ensuring project timelines, maintaining quality and safety, and coordinating with workers, subcontractors, and clients. The position handles various interior projects such as shops, offices, and renovation works, ensuring all projects are completed on time with high-quality standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and manage interior construction projects from start to completion
- Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure quality and safety standards on-site
- Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and clients
- Oversee interior works for shops, offices, and renovation projects
- Manage materials and equipment efficiently
- Report project status to management and propose improvements
- Resolve on-site issues to ensure smooth project operations
- Other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- More than 5 years of experience in construction site management
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- English communication at daily conversation level
PRIORITY QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to start work immediately
- Japanese language ability is a plus
