We are hiring a Site Engineer to manage construction site activities across multiple provinces in Cambodia. This is a full-time, site-based role ideal for engineers who are willing to work in provincial project locations.

Position Summary
The Site Engineer will lead on-site construction activities, manage workers, and ensure project deadlines set by the Project Manager are achieved. The role requires strong technical skills, site coordination experience, and the ability to work under pressure in remote locations such as Kirirom and Veal Veng.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily site activities
- Prepare and follow work plan schedules
- Ensure project deadlines set by the Project Manager are met
- Prepare and update site reports to management
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of construction site experience
Technical Skills
- Ability to use Auto Level and Total Station
- Software skills:
- AutoCAD
- Civil 3D
- MS Project
- MS Office
Other Skills
- Strong construction and site management knowledge
- Ability to manage and supervise workers
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, flexible, honest, and hardworking
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work in provincial locations
Language Requirements
- Basic English
- Good English communication skills
