TSMC HOME Product is urgently looking for 3 Showroom Sales Assistants.
Job Responsibilities
• Greeting Customers and provide good customer service
• Stocking and restocking merchandise as needed
• Monthly stock count and responsible for warehouse transfer
• Solve customers’ problems and feedback to the company
• Promote the brand, sales strategy and promotions
• Understand and explain product usage to customers and dealers
• Estimate sales volume and plan monthly sales
• Respond queries through different channels (online, social media, FB, Telegram)
• Handle POS system, daily sales and cash collection report
• Ensure the products are in good display , replenish the products.
Job Requirements
• 1-2 years in similar sales and showroom expertise
• Able to communicate and understand sales techniques
• Outstanding verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and with team
• Strong problem-solving skills, negotiation skills and product promotion.
