Job Description
– Cooperate with a cross-department, such as artists, dancers, lighting team, technical team, music team etc and participate in the execution of dinner shows.
– Assist in daily activity work plans and programs, and establish activity systems and procedures
– Explore the company’s cooperating resources and communicate effectively with partners and suppliers
– Complete the daily work assigned by the superior
– Have a good aesthetic ability, assist the show improvement to establish the local image and reputation of the restaurant
– Receive the feedback from both management side and artist, dancers side and plan smoother and better planning and procedures.
– Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Job Requirement
– Several years of event or show management experience, especially large-scale show events for 20~30 dancers
– Able to speak English at good to advanced level
– People who are creative and highly responsible
– Willing to work overtime and dinner time as required
– Able to work in Siem Reap for the long term
– Strong negotiation and supervising skills
– Trustworthy and will never cheat or allow it
– Computer literacy (Ms. Word and Excel, internet and Email).
Priority
– People of Chinese descent, overseas Chinese, etc. who respect discipline and do not tolerate injustice.
– Japanese skill (N3 above) or other French, Chinese, Korean are preferred
– Experience working in a restaurant
– Able to work evening hours as needed
– Bachelor degree in marketing or related majors
– Organizing in Restaurant dinner show is preferred
– Some management experience in organizing large-scale projects such as wedding planning, conferences, exhibitions, festivals, promotions, product launches, fundraising, social events, etc.
– Willing to learn and can work under pressure.
– Honest, punctual, responsible and team work.
