Position Summary
No prior restaurant experience needed. This small Japanese restaurant (3–4 staff) needs a Service Assistant to support daily operations and customer service. Suitable for someone who wants to grow into a future manager.
Working Time
11:30 – 13:30 (Lunch), 16:30 – 22:30 (Dinner)
Working Days
6 days/week (Tuesday off, substitute holidays available)
Job Description
- Welcome and assist customers.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process payments, orders, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Promote products and campaigns.
- Maintain customer records and reports.
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Japanese and English (N3 level minimum)
- Good communication skills
- Interested in Japanese food and culture
- PC skills
Preferred
- Experience in Japanese restaurants
- Female candidates preferred
