Job Description
– Lead and oversee the company’s R&D activities, including the development of new products, technologies, and processes.
– Manage a team of R&D professionals.
– Develop and implement R&D strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
– Drive innovation and creativity within the R&D team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exploration.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and integration of R&D efforts.
– Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the industry and recommend strategic initiatives to capitalize on them.
– Manage R&D budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
– Foster partnerships and collaborations with external research organizations, universities, and industry partners to enhance R&D capabilities and accelerate innovation.
– Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices in R&D management.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor’s degree in business, food science and related field.
– At lease 5 years experience with R&D or related position
– Advanced skill of English
– Friendly, politely, and honesty
– Teamwork, adaptability, initiative, analytical, hard-working, ability to work fast and accurately
– Work on time, accurate and flexible
