Position Summary
The Senior Service Engineer – HVAC will provide expert consultation and technical support to B2B commercial HVAC clients. The role includes system selection, design review, site surveys, and coordination with contractors to ensure proper installation and operation. The engineer will serve as a key technical partner throughout the project lifecycle, supporting pre-sales and on-site activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and consultation for B2B commercial HVAC customers
- Analyze customer requirements for cooling/heating capacity, applications, site conditions, and operational needs
- Select and recommend HVAC systems based on project requirements
- Review and advise on installation design for refrigerant piping, drainage, and electrical systems
- Conduct site surveys and confirm installation conditions
- Coordinate with contractors/subcontractors and provide on-site technical support
- Support testing, commissioning, handover, and project acceptance
- Assist sales teams as a technical engineer for pre-sales support
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- HVAC technical education or school curriculum completed
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in HVAC technical projects
- Experience coordinating with contractors/subcontractors
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of HVAC control systems (central controller, scheduling control, etc.)
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability and willingness to visit sites and travel when required
- Problem-solving mindset, responsibility, and teamwork
- Male candidate, age over 34 (all nationalities acceptable, non-Cambodian eligible)
