POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for increasing revenue by achieving sales objectives within the assigned territory or accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute selling activities related to specific RBIS (Retail Brands & Information Solutions) Master Customer programs within a geographic territory.
- Manage selling activities for the full IBMS product portfolio with assigned major customer accounts (factories, vendors, agents).
- Communicate market intelligence and competitor movements to management.
- Identify and generate sales prospects; build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Prepare and submit customer call reports, account plans, and sales reports on time.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify issues, propose solutions, and improve operations and sales efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with factories, vendors, agents, and buying offices of major customers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 6 years of successful sales or related experience.
- Strong sales negotiation and financial skills.
- Proven ability to assess customer needs and manage territory business.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related business software.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (reading, speaking, writing).
- Strong teamwork and independent working ability.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
Good English and Chinese communication skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Flexible workplace; not required to be in office every day (depends on assigned tasks).
