Position Summary
The Senior Sales Executive will manage and grow key customer accounts within a designated territory. The role focuses on driving sales for RBIS/IBMS product portfolios, building strong relationships with factories, vendors, and agents, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute selling activities for RBIS Master Customer programs within a geographic territory
- Drive sales for the entire IBMS product portfolio toward assigned major accounts (factories, vendors, agents)
- Communicate market intelligence and competitor movements to the company
- Identify and generate sales prospects; develop and maintain relationships with these prospects
- Complete customer call reports, account plans, and sales reports accurately and on time
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions (actual and attempted)
- Collaborate with the team to identify issues, propose solutions, and contribute to operational and sales efficiency
- Build and maintain relationships with target factories, vendors, agents, and buying offices of Master Customers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 6 years of successful sales or related experience
- Demonstrated success in similar roles
- Proficient in assessing customer needs and business acumen
- Strong negotiation, financial, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Skilled in territory analysis, planning, and managing territory business
- Effective communication with all levels of management
- Skilled in preparing professional proposals and calculating figures (discounts, invoice totals, percentages, bonuses, etc.)
- Strong understanding of product and technical information
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese (reading, speaking, writing)
- Competent in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

- English: Good to Advanced
- Chinese: Good
