Position Summary

The Senior Sales Executive will manage and grow key customer accounts within a designated territory. The role focuses on driving sales for RBIS/IBMS product portfolios, building strong relationships with factories, vendors, and agents, and identifying new business opportunities.

Working Conditions

  • Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00
  • Working Days: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute selling activities for RBIS Master Customer programs within a geographic territory
  • Drive sales for the entire IBMS product portfolio toward assigned major accounts (factories, vendors, agents)
  • Communicate market intelligence and competitor movements to the company
  • Identify and generate sales prospects; develop and maintain relationships with these prospects
  • Complete customer call reports, account plans, and sales reports accurately and on time
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions (actual and attempted)
  • Collaborate with the team to identify issues, propose solutions, and contribute to operational and sales efficiency
  • Build and maintain relationships with target factories, vendors, agents, and buying offices of Master Customers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 6 years of successful sales or related experience
  • Demonstrated success in similar roles
  • Proficient in assessing customer needs and business acumen
  • Strong negotiation, financial, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Skilled in territory analysis, planning, and managing territory business
  • Effective communication with all levels of management
  • Skilled in preparing professional proposals and calculating figures (discounts, invoice totals, percentages, bonuses, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of product and technical information
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (reading, speaking, writing)
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Language Requirements

  • English: Good to Advanced
  • Chinese: Good

Benefits & Allowances

  • Monthly car allowance: $450
  • Monthly phone allowance: $60
  • Bio-language allowance: $80–$120 (based on test result)
  • Insurance: NSSF + Forte
  • 13th Month Salary
  • Quarterly Incentives if sales targets are met
