Job Description
• Expert Visa Consultation & Sales: Provide expert guidance and drive sales of visa services to retail and corporate clients.
• Document Compliance & Processing: Ensure accurate and compliant document collection, verification, and preparation for visa applications.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service.
• Problem Resolution & Client Support: Proactively address client inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Market Analysis & Trend Identification: Conduct surveys and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and improve service offerings.
• Customer Inquiry Tracking & Reporting: Generate and manage daily customer inquiry reports to monitor client needs and service delivery.
• Sales & Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly sales reports and monthly summaries for management review.
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve visa processing procedures for efficiency and accuracy.
• Compliance Adherence: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and ensure all processes comply.
• Execute other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is required; a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management is preferred.
• Advanced level in English and Chinese
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Digital social applications Software
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, think strategically, and deliver results under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving, selling, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated integrity, proactivity, and a collaborative work style.
