Job Description
– Handle Tour Operation & Quotation based on in-charged
– Implement Tour Product Development Plan and Tour Product Update Timely
– Handle MICE, VIP, and other special requirement tours in assigned Destination
– Work with all lands/suppliers to have a competitive cost advantage, and good terms and conditions.
– Conduct Tour Product Training (destination lead, Tour Center, TL & Event & Marketing Team)
– Participate in tour inspection trip
– Deal with Problems in Operation destination
– Develop and maintain good relationships with Suppliers (Lands and airlines)
– Compile Weekly Tour Quotations & Monthly Tour Cost Report
– Perform required duties from Managers/Lead Manager
Job Requirement
– BBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management or a related field
– Essential 3 years of experience in tour operation
– Good command of communication in both Khmer and English
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
– Proven ability to demonstrate leadership and management skills,
– Proven ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously,
– Demonstration of a high level of integrity and professionalism.
