Job Description:
– Community Engagement: Manage online communities by responding to comments, direct messages, and reviews, fostering strong relationships with past and potential travelers.
2. Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of viral travel trends, algorithm changes, and popular audio to keep the company relevant and top-of-mind.
– Monitor localized social media ad campaigns to generate leads for travel consultants.
3. Influencer & Creator Collaborations: Identify and partner with travel influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to expand our reach.
4. Physical & Offline Marketing:
– Oversee the design, production, and distribution of physical marketing materials, including travel brochures, flyers, banners, and souvenirs.
– Event Planning & Activation: Coordinate the company’s participation in local travel expos, bridal expos, pop-ups, and community events.
5. In-Office Branding: Ensure the physical travel agency office is visually appealing, accurately branded, and equipped with updated promotional displays.
Required Skills:
• Proven track record demonstrated through a portfolio of social media campaigns (organic or paid) and/or examples of physical marketing designs.
• A strong eye for aesthetics, photography, and video editing (experience with mobile editing apps like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush is highly valued).
• Copywriting: Excellent storytelling and writing skills to draft compelling social media captions and physical print ads.
• Ability to work autonomously, pitch creative ideas, and take them from concept to execution.
