POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Marketing Communications Executive will develop and execute marketing communications strategies to promote products in Cambodia. The role involves creating engaging content, coordinating advertising campaigns, managing events, and building strong relationships with media agencies and stakeholders. The successful candidate will work closely with communications and product marketing teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Creation: Develop relevant content for social media, marketing collateral, presentations, product descriptions, and website content
- Advertising & Promotion: Coordinate campaigns across print, digital, and social media; monitor and analyze effectiveness
- PR & Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with local media agencies, journalists, and influencers; coordinate press releases and media interviews; manage crisis communications
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines; collaborate with regional and local teams to produce visually appealing assets
- Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences; provide strategic recommendations for campaigns
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing communications budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with graphic design software is a plus
- Knowledge of the Cambodian market and media landscape is desirable
WORKING CONDITIONS
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday
- Saturday rotation
