Job Description

I. Import & Export
– Manage Shipping Schedule
– Customs Declaration Procedure; Check HS Code, Clearance Name
– Customs Declaration Legal Check; Check Inspection or Registration Condition
– Control on Import Document
– Quality Control during transportation
– Control and Negotiating with Freight Forwarder
– Control Devanning
– Management and adjusting on ordering abroad (Calculate the fee & estimate tax)
– Responding to irregular; Reloading, Disposal
II. Domestic Transportation
– Arrangement Domestic Transportation between Stores and WH
– Negotiation with Delivery Contractors
– Quality Control during Transportation
– Management of Documents
– Arrangement Distribution Processing; labeling etc.
III. Stock Control at Warehouse
– Coming In / Out of Goods
– Stock Control and Taking Inspection in WH
– Stock Storage in Store (Advice)
– Admin Work for Stock Control
IV. Logistic Admin Work (support manager)
– Logistic Cost Control
– Logistic Contract Management
– Data Management on PLU, HS code, Import Log etc.
V. Planning
– Planning Kaizen and Adjust with related Parties.
– Build Logistic Scheme and Action Planning with Parties
– System RDD.

Job Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in the related field
– At least 3-5 years working experience in Logistic role especially import from overseas (Japan, China, VN, )
– Understanding calculate the fee & estimate tax for item import from overseas.
– Good knowledge of English both writing and speaking.
– Able to work under a foreigner boss.
– Can use MS Office Word, Excel .

Priority

– Work experience in an international company under a foreign boss
– Work experience at the big retail companies is greatly welcome.
