POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior HR Officer is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, employee engagement, performance evaluation, and HR development initiatives. This role ensures effective staffing, employee retention, and continuous improvement of HR processes to support organizational growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all recruitment needs and continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies across various sourcing channels.
- Stay updated on hiring market trends and competitor practices.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Plan and execute employer branding activities.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, candidate quality, diversity, etc.).
- Manage candidate experience and ensure timely communication.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
- Implement employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Organize mid-year and annual performance reviews.
- Conduct employee surveys and use insights to improve HR strategies.
- Lead annual employee engagement surveys and generate reports.
- Support employee retention and development initiatives.
- Stay updated on best practices in recruitment and engagement.
- Perform other duties assigned by the line manager.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or Recruitment.
- Strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
- Presentation and communication skills.
- High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong understanding of HR roles and competencies.
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good English proficiency.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
