POSITION SUMMARY


We are looking for a Senior HR/General Affairs Staff to join our Phnom Penh office. This role is responsible for managing all HR and general affairs functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, supplier management, logistics coordination, and compliance with Cambodian labor laws. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, solid HR experience, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Maintain HR databases, track employee attendance, and manage leave records.
  • Assist in preparing policies and regulations in compliance with labor law.
  • Arrange registration required under Cambodian law.
  • Support performance evaluations and training programs.
  • Ensure timely renewal of supplier contracts.
  • Identify potential suppliers and conduct quotation comparisons.
  • Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Assist in payroll processing and other HR-related tasks.
  • Coordinate and oversee logistics operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/lead role.
  • Proven experience in multiple HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, HR compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software is a plus.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

  • English: Advanced

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Working Days: Monday – Friday, Saturday (half day)
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 17:30 PM
