Job Requirements
Job Description:
・Explain company rules and safety guidelines to new employees.
・Make and manage employment contracts (FDC/UDC).
【Payroll, Attendance & NSSF】
・Check daily attendance, working hours, overtime, and leave.
・Calculate and pay monthly salaries accurately and on time.
・Manage NSSF registration and monthly payments.
【Labor Law & Employee Relations】
・Make sure the company follows the Ministry of Labor (MLVT) rules.
・Handle factory worker complaints and solve problems.
・Update company rules if the Cambodian Labor Law changes.
【General Affairs & Factory Support】
・Manage security guards and cleaners to keep the factory safe and clean.
・Buy office materials, factory supplies, and staff uniforms.
・Pay monthly bills (electricity, water, internet, trash collection).
【Safety & Foreign Staff Support】
・Make sure the factory is safe (e.g., checking fire extinguishers).
・Apply for and renew visas and work permits for foreign managers.
・Help foreign managers with daily tasks or booking cars/flights if needed.
Required Skills:
・Able to use English Good to Advanced level
・Able to work in PPSEZ
・Female (Internal Balance)
・the knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and NSSF
