Job Description

– Manage Staff/Workers Attendance and Review/Approve for Leave Request
*** Providing advice as well as solution whenever there are troubles/Unclear status
– Lead to all staff to provide good Hospitality to Visitors
– Mental Care, Health Care, Hygiene and Sanitation Control
– Company event planning and arrangement with managers
– Handling of recruitment, hiring, training and on-boarding procedures and evaluation management
– Making yearly plan for Training basic Skill
– Perfectly Understand Company Rule and Policy
– Support procedures to ensure compliance with NSSF, insurance, and other labor laws
– Respond to requests and submit documents from ministries and governments
– Reporting any issues regularly to Factory Manager.

Job Requirement

– Bachelor’s Degree in business management, general admin or a related field
– 3-7 years of experience in HR / Admin positions and several years of experience in a garment factory or similar manufacturing environment
– Strong negotiation skills and mentality that does not give in to claims or strikes
– Able to handle documentation and communication with the government and workers
– Able to use English at a good to advanced level (enough to communicate with Japanese managers)
– Advanced Computer skill Word, Excel, internet and email
– Attention to detail, Teamwork and leadership skills.

Priority

– 2-3 years of experience in a garment factory or similar manufacturing environment is preferred
– Able to speak English more than Good level
– Experience working in a Japanese company
– Experience in dealing with ministries and governments and audit work is highly welcome
– Live in or the hometown is Svay Rieng province
– Able to use Vietnamese is an advantage.
