Job Description
– Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
– Maintain HR databases, track employee attendance, and manage leave records.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
– Arrange registration required under the law of Cambodia
– Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
– Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
– Organize meetings, appointments, and company events.
– Assist in payroll processing and other HR-related tasks.
– Coordinate Logistic Works.
Job Requirement
– Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– At least 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software is a plus.
