Job Description
[Labor Affairs Task]:
– Attendance management
– Application and management of social insurance and labor insurance
– Creation, submission, and management of work rules and labor-management agreements
– Other employee-related procedures
[Accounting Task]:
– Issuing and sending invoices, handling receipts and disbursements
– Expense reimbursement and monthly tax closing
– Submission of financial statements, etc.
– Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirement
– Business-level Japanese (N2-N1 level)
– Aspiration to become a back office generalist
– Experience handling labor law, general affairs tasks in Cambodia
– Strong knowledge in administrative tasks
– Can work for the long term and become the management level in the future.
Priority
– Good English skills preferred
– Over 2 years of experience in accounting
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting
– Experience working as a manager in a small company.
