Job Description
– To support Sales Consultant to issue Car Rental Service Quotation and Car Rental Service Agreement in a timely basis
– To work closely with Sales Consultant in helping customers choose a vehicle that meets their operation needs, based on factors such as price. mileage allowance, number of seatbelts and their requirement
– To handle vehicle’s set-up by installing GPS, camera record, UV sticker, road tax, plate number registration, vehicle inspection, insurance, and equipped with other accessories as per Cor Rental Service Agreement and ensure its validity and good conditions
– To handle vehicle accident, repair, replacement, insurance claim and work closely with Insurance Company, and customer to handle the case. deductible, storing photos, further charge, and prepare its report to management in timely basis
– To arrange repair and maintenance schedule for each vehicle and ensuring all vehicles are maintained and kept in good condition for safe driving and prepare its payment in timely manner
– To store and manage all Repair and Maintenance Expense (R&M) and proceed with related parties on credit application for customers where
– To communicate with customers to answer questions and address concerns about their car rental agreement or rental vehicles and other inquiries related to vehicle’s conditions, repair and maintenance
– To explain about insurance coverage, including deductible requirements and optional coverage available for an additional fee
– To organize and deliver car rental training (insurance, general conditions), knowledge enhancement and other training related to car rental to customers
– To maintain customer contact and build good working relationships with customers and all end-users
– To work closely with logistic and Toyota Plus Team for the vehicle’s stock order and handle vehicle’s sales and disposal when needed
– To review and monitor vehicle’s movement through GPS system and it’s mileage usage and generate the report for management
– To handle and record all customer complaint, suggestions, comments and prepare its report to management in timely basis
– To provide and handle data entry and record the monitoring sheets (accident, vehicle replacement, repair and maintenance, mileage tracking. speed drive and vehicle claims) |
– To handle and monitor leasing’s fixed asset (leasing vehicles, spare-vehicles, camera record, GPS devices and other equipment), prepare its report to management in timely basis and report to management for any loss or damage
– To support supervisor in preparing marketing materials and tools development for Fleet Lease
– To assist supervisor in preparing and finding prospector list to increase leasing volume
– To support supervisor in collecting data and information about the market situation, competitors and customers
– To perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields
– At least 2-year experience in customer service, sales in car rental business, insurance
– Knowledge about vehicle repair and maintenance
– Team player, initiative, hands-on attitude and service oriented
– Good communication and interpersonal skills with sound English literature
– Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
– Willing to travel and ride motorbike to customer site
– Obtain a valid car driving license and have a good driving skills
– Confidence, self-motivated and detail oriented.
