Position Summary
The Senior Engineer is responsible for managing consumer electronics repair services, including air conditioners and refrigerators. This role supervises technicians, oversees daily repair operations, and ensures high service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair consumer electronics products (Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, etc.)
- Conduct technical training for products and service procedures
- Manage and monitor daily repair operations
- Supervise in-house and outsourced technicians and engineers
- Handle administrative tasks such as reports, tool management, customer product tracking, and 5S activities
- Monitor KPIs for repair operations and call center performance
- Handle customer inquiries to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Create and update technical documents (FAQs, service guides, training materials)
- Coordinate with factories for technical countermeasures and solutions
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
- More than 5 years of experience in product servicing or technical support
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and handle work pressure
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good to advanced English proficiency

- Male, age 33 years old or above
- Khmer nationality
Language Requirement
- English: Advanced level
