Job Description
1) Design Execution:
– Developing and executing high-quality design concepts for various media, including print, digital, and branding materials.
– Creating detailed design layouts, prototypes, and final assets.
– Ensuring that all designs meet the brand guidelines and project requirements.
2) Concept Development:
– Collaborating with clients, art directors, and other team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts.
– Translating ideas and concepts into visual designs that effectively communicate the desired message.
3) Project Leadership:
– Leading design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
– Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on project needs and deadlines.
– Overseeing the work of junior designers and providing guidance as needed.
4) Collaboration:
– Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, Media, and production, to ensure cohesive and aligned project outcomes.
– Participating in client meetings to gather feedback and make necessary design adjustments.
5) Quality Control:
– Reviewing and refining design work to ensure a high level of quality and attention to detail.
– Conducting quality checks on all final outputs before delivery to clients or production.
– Ensuring consistency in visual styles across all projects.
6) Mentorship:
– Providing mentorship and support to junior designers, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally.
– Offering constructive feedback and design critique to team members.
7) Trend Research:
– Staying informed about current design trends, tools, and technologies.
– Integrating innovative design techniques and practices into projects to keep designs fresh and relevant.
8) Client Interaction:
– Communicating with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
– Presenting design concepts and revisions to clients for feedback and approval.
– Making design adjustments based on client input while maintaining the integrity of the original concept.
9) Tool Mastery:
– Proficiently using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other industry- standard tools.
– Keeping up-to-date with new design tools and software to improve workflow and efficiency.
10) Documentation:
– Documenting design processes, including the rationale behind design choices and iterations.
– Maintaining organized files and project records for future reference.

Job Requirements
– Bachelors Degree: In Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field. A Masters degree in a relevant design field can be a plus.
– Certifications: Professional certifications in design tools or methodologies (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, UX Design Certification) are advantageous.
– Knowledge Design Principles: In-depth understanding of core design principles, including color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
– Design Software: Proficiency in industry-standard design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, motion, 3D, etc.
– User-Centered Design: Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, including user research, personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototyping (important for UI/UX designers).
– Branding and Identity: Strong understanding of branding, brand identity, and how to create designs that align with brand guidelines.
– Trends and Best Practices: Up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
– Production Processes: Familiarity with print production processes (for graphic designers) or web development processes (for UI/UX designers).
– Experience At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
