Job Description
This position track debtors down by phone call and visit and assist them to make payments by negotiating repayment plans, and encouraging them to find alternative payment solutions.
– Assist in weekly on collection activities plan
– Perform field collection activities according to line manager’s instructions
– Provide practical solution for collection activities;
– Explain our policy and rule to the customer by phone call and field collection
– Negotiate with customers for them to repay effectively by using appropriate methods, strategies, words
– Other tasks will be assigned by Manager.
Job Requirement
– 2 ~ 5 years working experience in financial, banking industry
– Able to handle multi tasks without any compliment
– Good English skills in written and speaking
– Flexible on collection activities and strongly to support the teamwork
– Understanding basic IT knowledge in order to deal with their system
– Fast learner, good at communication and flexible person
Priority
– Have work experience in MFI or Banking as Collection field
– Bachelor’s degree of finance and banking, accounting, or related field is preferred
– Working experience under a foreign boss
– Advanced IT skills and Advanced MS Office
– High IQ (5/10 points or above)
