Job Description
– Assisting the sales manager to handle the oversea customers
– Assist in preparing SPAs and documents
– Assist the sales manager to propose high sales performance and complete the company’s performance requirements.
– Source new customers and agencies to achieve sales performance
– Others assigned by manager.
Job Requirement
– 1-2 years’ experience in Real Estate Sales
– Good Communication in English and Chinese, Japanese or Korean is preferable.
– Good Interpersonal skills, time management, organization skills, and problem solving skills.
– Willing to learn new things and high responsibility
– Good command in computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel and email)
– Having own transportation
– Willing to work at weekend if needed.
