Position Summary
The Senior Accounting position is responsible for handling the company’s core accounting functions. This role manages daily accounting operations, tax compliance, NSSF matters, and basic financial reporting, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulations. The position also supports audits and improves accounting processes.

Job Description
- Record daily transactions in the accounting system
- Prepare, issue, and manage invoices
- Prepare sales invoices and verify invoices from clients and vendors
- Manage cash and bank in/out transactions
- Follow up on collections and payments
- Prepare basic financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement)
- Review and process employee expense claims
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain organized accounting documents and records
- Propose improvements to increase accounting accuracy and efficiency
- Handle monthly tax reports and tax payments
- Manage NSSF registration, monthly reporting, and employee contribution payments
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an accountant
- Good to Advanced English communication skills
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Strong PC skills, especially Excel
Priority
- High IQ score (6/10) in Camup IQ Test
- Accounting experience in a foreign or international company (especially construction-related is a plus)
